Hydrogen is a carbon-free energy carrier that is expected to play an important role in achieving carbon neutrality in future society. However, hydrogen gas has a large volume and its liquefaction is necessary for its storage and transportation. In this talk, I will introduce our research activities on magnetocaloric materials for hydrogen liquefaction
