Structure-dynamics relation in metallic glass revealed by 5-dimensional scanning transmission electron microscopy

Description/Abstract:

回折図形の時空間分布を取得可能な5D-STEM法を用い、金属ガラス中の動的不均一性・構造不均一性の同時解析を行った。その結果、規則度が高い構造ほど運動が遅くなる傾向があることが明らかになった。
