ZK60マグネシウム合金に、異なるpHの処理溶液で水酸アパタイトを被覆し、骨芽細胞培養試験および家兎埋入試験により腐食挙動や生体適合性を検討した。pH7.8で水酸アパタイト被覆したZK60合金が最も良好な細胞適合性を示した。
