(abstract)A ONE-POT SYNTHESIS OF INSB/INP CORE–SHELL QUANTUM DOTS (QDS) USING AMINOPNICTOGEN PRECURSORS ENHANCED THE PHOTOLUMINESCENCE QUANTUM YIELD (PLQY) FROM 0.8% TO 7.0% COMPARED TO INSB CORES. FOR THE FIRST TIME, INSB/INP QD-BASED QLEDS EXHIBITING NIR-SWIR ELECTROLUMINESCENCE WERE DEMONSTRATED.
