Description:
(abstract)サファイア/YAGセラミックスの接合において、YAGの初期面精度が接合体の光学特性およびレーザー特性に及ぼす影響について調査し、λ程度の面精度であっても良好な接合体が得られることを示した。これらの知見は他の接合法では困難とされている大口径化の可能性を示唆するものであり、特に高出力レーザー材料として効果的であることを明らかにした。
