非対称のテトラベンゾポルフィリン誘導体の合成と、有機薄膜トランジスタ作製による電荷輸送特性評価を行った。その結果、合成した誘導体は2次元ヘリングボーン構造のパッキングをとり、0.71 cm2/Vsのホール輸送特性を発現した。
