酸化物強誘電体Bi2WO6を用いて、Py/Bi2WO6ヘテロ構造を作製し、界面における電荷-スピン変換効率を計測した。その結果、非常に高い変換効率を示した。これは、BiやWの強いスピン軌道相互作用に起因すると予想される。
