(abstract)

軟X線顕微鏡に四極電磁石を組み込み、入射X線に対し平行から垂直まで磁場方向を連続的に変えられる装置を開発した。これにより静的および時間分解磁気イメージングが可能となり、NiFe試料では強磁性共鳴による磁化ダイナミクスを観測、BiFeO3では磁気構造を可視化した。本装置は磁性体やスピントロニクス材料研究の有力な基盤となる。
