(abstract)Ni基合金鋳物部材の耐酸化特性向上を目的としたキャストコーティング法の可能性を評価した.Pt, Ir, Reなど耐酸化特性の向上が期待できる金属片を鋳型に設置し,Ni-10at%Al合金で鋳ぐるみを行い,鋳物表面でのPt, Ir, Re濃化層形成状況を調査した.得られた相互拡散領域での濃度プロファイルを解析するため,凝固伝熱計算と拡散計算を行った.
