- description: 高スループット X 線磁気円二色性（XMCD）分光法を用いて Fe–Co–Ni 組成傾斜薄膜の磁気特性の組成依存変化を体系的に解析した。オンザフライ
    XMCD 測定により迅速なスペクトル取得が可能となり，従来の段階走査法と比較して測定時間を約 10 分の 1 に短縮しつつ，高い精度を保持した。得られた XMCD
    スペクトルは Savitzky–Golay 平滑化法でノイズを除去し，XMCD 総和則を適用して元素特異的な磁気特性を抽出した。組成勾配に沿って軌道磁気モーメントとスピン磁気モーメントをマッピングすることで，軟磁性が強化された重要な組成領域を特定した。本研究は，ハイスループット放射光分光法が材料探索を加速し，機能性磁性材料の最適化に有効であることを示している。
