- description: 可逆的なボロン酸エステル形成により、構造が明確に決まった大環状化合物を合成した。これらの大環状化合物は、リンカーユニットを変えることで調整可能な内部空洞を有する。また、これらの大環状化合物は、溶液中でも固体基板上でも容易に結晶化することを見出した。フェニルリンカーを持つ大環状化合物は、両側の嵩高い置換基が隣接分子による空洞の充填を防ぐため、擬ナノカプセル様に振る舞うことを明らかにした。
