- description: 水素含有天然アパタイト単結晶をサンプルに水素安定同位体を拡散させ、拡散プロファイルを２次イオン質量分析装置で測定し拡散係数を550-700℃の範囲で決定した。拡散はc軸に垂直な方位で決定した。拡散プロファイルから単純な拡散機構で水素が拡散していることが分かった。さらに、水素拡散の温度依存性を決定した。活性化エネルギーは結晶方位による差はない。活性化エネルギーが酸素拡散とほぼ同じであり、拡散種は酸素に絡むと推定した。
