- description: ボトムゲート・ボトムコンタクト型有機薄膜トランジスタ（TFT）において近年良好なスイッチング性能が報告されている。一方で、デバイス性能にはチャネル材料依存性があることがわかってきた。ここでは2つの異なる材料（Ph-BTBT系とPh-BTNT系）を用いて、さまざまな層数の単結晶有機半導体膜を作製した。それをチャネル層とした有機TFTの系統的な測定をもとに、有機半導体／金属／誘電体の三元界面の安定性が極めて重要な因子であることを明らかにした。
