(abstract)

The commented paper claimed the preparation of a new compound, Bi1/2Li1/2Fe1/2W1/2O3. By this commentary, we show that erroneous experimental evidence was provided for such claims. We demonstrate that the main phase in the commented paper is Bi2WO6.
