- description: ペンタセンを用いた有機薄膜トランジスタに対し，引張り曲げ負荷を加えて電気特性変動を計測した。異なるチャネル長を有する試験片の計測結果にTransfer
    Line Methodを適用し，電気特性変動における電極と半導体層との界面での接触抵抗変化の影響を評価した。その際，電流方向に対する負荷方向（平行または垂直）の影響も評価した。その結果，引張り曲げ負荷によって，接触抵抗およびチャネル抵抗が何れも増加することが分かった。さらに，接触抵抗の増加率は，電流方向に対して平行負荷の場合の方が大きくなることが分かった。また，負荷に対する応力感度は，接触抵抗よりチャネル抵抗の方が大きく測定された。
