- description: 全変動（TV）正則化に基づくノイズ除去法をX線結晶学のX線回折画像に適用したところ、弱い回折スポットの信号対雑音比が大幅に向上した。その後、このノイズ除去画像を用いて標準試料であるシチジンの結晶構造データ処理を行った結果、構造解析の精度が改善された。この画像処理技術は、特に微小結晶のような困難な試料に対して、弱い回折データの品質を向上させ、より信頼性の高い結晶構造解析を可能にする実用的な手法である。
