- description: 最近登録された光ヒューズに関する特許に関して、発明から特許査定までの舞台裏を紹介する。発明直後に知った先行技術は、既に製品の発売が予定されているものだった。未知の先行技術から自分の発明を差別化するために知恵を絞り、１ヶ月後に出願した。その後、例の先行技術の出願が公開された。その中身は従来技術の延長線上にある様に見え、筆者の発明とは明確に異なるものであった。
