Description:

(abstract)

At the 2017 Library Fair, Professor Syun Tutiya moderated a session involving all three partners in the CHORUS trial with JST and Chiba University. CHORUS is a not-for-profit, membership organization established in 2015 as a global service to monitor research output and open access. Since 2017 JST has become a CHORUS funder partner and seven institutions including Chiba University are subscribing. This session will explore the potential for a wider JST/CHORUS open-science framework in Japan’s scholarly communications ecosystem presented as use cases and ideas from those involved.
