- description: 熱電モジュールの効率の理論的最大値を調査するため、Starrydataに収録された12,645種類の熱電材料試料の熱電特性の温度依存性データを組み合わせた数値的解析を行った。808,610の構成について、97,841,810点の熱電効率を計算した。これにより高温端温度が1400Kを超える無限段階デバイスで33%以上の効率が達成可能であることを示し、単段デバイスでは高温端が860Kで17.1%、1100Kで24%の効率が得られることを示した。
