- description: 最近登録された光ヒューズに関する特許に関して、発明から特許査定までの舞台裏を紹介する。拒絶理由通知を検討したところ、請求項の記述には、回線切断につながる技術的思想が記載し忘れていることが分かった。幸いそれらは出願当初の明細書に記載してあったので、補正を行い特許査定を受けた。補正の際には、嫌でも過去の自分と向き合うことになる。また、国際出願の際に遭遇しやすい翻訳の問題を紹介した。
