ISO 7039金属材料-引張試験-中空試験片で高圧ガスの影響に対する材料の感受性を評価する方法－高圧水素の引張特性への影響を簡便に評価する方法の概要

日本から提案した，中空試験片を用いた簡便な高圧水素中の材料試験法のISO 7039 Metallic materials — Tensile testing — Method for evaluating the susceptibility of materials to the effects of high-pressure gas within hollow test piecesが2024年7月22日に出版された。本試験法により1000気圧の水素環境中のみならず，様々なガス環境や温度／圧力の試験条件での材料特性評価が可能になり，利用機器の安全性と信頼性向上に役立つと期待されている。本稿では、2017年から開始した標準化に向けた活動、および試験法の概要と標準化の経緯について紹介する。
