This database contains dielectric functions and complex refractive indices of 2,094 binary metallic compounds calculated using high-throughput first-principles methods. All data were obtained from density functional theory (DFT) calculations performed with the Vienna Ab initio Simulation Package (VASP). The dataset provides a comprehensive resource for investigating optical properties and accelerating the discovery and design of advanced materials and devices.
