シリカガラス光ファイバ端面間にテルライトガラス融液を挿入して得た素子の挿入損失値とその要因解析
Description/Abstract:
シリカガラス製光ファイバ端面間のサブmmの空隙にテルライトガラス融液 (80TeO2-20ZnO 及び 100TeO2, mol%)を挿入後固化した素子を作製した。 挿入損失の素子長依存性を調べたところ、値のバラツキは製造時の軸ずれに起因 することが分かった。
